Three ministries, in particular, are actively seeking volunteers:
The Ministers of Hospitality—the ushers—are looking for a few good men and women aged 18 and older to join this dedicated ministry of the Church. Please see any usher after Mass for details.
MULTIMEDIA MINISTRY
The Multimedia Ministry is seeking volunteers for new and expanding projects that help enhance our worship experience, connect with fellow parishioners, and communicate the word of God. We have immediate need for volunteers to help with our livestreaming, social media (IG), and website management teams. In addition, we are looking for volunteers to help develop a podcast and our Parish Oral History project.
We are open to all ranges of experience! What matters most is a desire to serve the body of Christ and an openness to learn. We have an excellent team of skilled leaders who will provide training.

Are you interested in religious education? Do you like working with young people? There are openings for teachers and teacher assistants in grades Pre-K to teens. All teachers must complete Virtus training. If you think you would like to be a part of this important ministry, please contact the Church Office at 202-265-1470.
St. Augustine has nearly 50 different ministries where you can find your place.
