Prime Time Sister Circle (PTSC) is a FREE carefully-conducted 13 week support group, focusing on physical, mental, nutritional, and spiritual well-being for African-American women. Sister Circles have taken place across the country and beginning March 8, St. Augustine will host a Sister Circle.

WHAT: Sisters will meet (for FREE) with facilitators and experts to help you learn how
to decrease your blood pressure and stress, improve your nutrition, increase your physical exercise, and manage your weight. There will be a weekly monetary drawing and light refreshments.
WHO: African-American women from 40-75 years of age.
WHEN: A weekly two hour session for 12 weeks.
