Event Communications & Logistics

Please COMPLETE and SUBMIT the Event Communications and Logistics Form below ONLY if your event has been APPROVED by the parish office. Do your best to submit this form least 30 DAYS before your event date. 

Review the guidelines below before filling out your form.

• Please Note:  Liturgical events have priority.

• If your event has not been approved and you have not already submitted an Event Proposal, CLICK HERE to complete the form.

• Complete the Event Communications and Logistics Form with as much information as possible. You must SUBMIT the form in order to save your progress and edit later. 
  • Once you submit, you will receive a copy of this form in an email from "Google Forms". 
  • You can always change or update your answers, by clicking the "Edit Response" link in the email.
  • This form must be FULLY COMPLETED in order to move forward with your event.

• You will receive a response from the parish office within 72 hours. 

• For announcement requests, follow the guidelines below:

• Keep the message clear and concise.
• Be creative with the design! 
• Email flyers to BOTH [email protected] and [email protected].
• Submit files in the following formats:
  • Bulletin Inserts: PDF
  • Flocknote: JPEG

• Submit text in the form.

• Include important information such as dates, times, location, cost (if any) and contact person's information.
• All announcements must be read in 2 minutes or less. 
• Father Pat will review and approve all spoken announcements.
