The Sunday School committee would like to thank all teachers, parents and children for a wonderful show of faith and support at this year's Palm Sunday celebration. The procession was very lively and as you can see in the photos the kids made very creative posters, signs and palm branches.

Arise Together in Christ—Parent Prayer Group

Session One Recap (Fall 2016)

Sunday School isn’t just for kids anymore! For the last six weeks, while the kids are in class, St. Augustine CCD parents have met in small groups to pray, read scripture, and share their thoughts and experiences. We have been following a program called “Arise Together in Christ” that guides our discussions. After completing the first 6-week “season” of Arise last Sunday, parents said they had really enjoyed the meetings and want to keep going. We’ll start the next season of Arise in January and invite more parents to join the groups. It’s a great way to grow in our faith and get to know other parents in the Parish.
