The Parish Administrator is the central administrative and operational manager for St. Augustine Parish in the Archdiocese of Washington (ADW), which includes five parish buildings and grounds: the Church, Gingras Center, Rectory, Convent and School. As a strategic leader, the role will include:
developing an office policy and procedures manual
informing and keeping staff and volunteers in compliance with the policies and procedures
developing effective networking between the Finance Council, Parish Ministry Heads and with the Archdiocesan Offices when applicable
working with the Pastor, staff and lay members to achieve the highest level of efficiency for our Parish operations
The Parish Administrator will provide efficient, professional, cooperative business and facility management leadership within the parish with the purpose of allowing the Pastor maximum freedom to provide pastoral care to the parish community.
