The Saint Augustine Liturgical Dance Ministry is a ministry of worship which compliments the praise offered by the community through voice and musical instruments by offering the glory and honor due to God through the unique and biblical medium of dance! Psalms 150 and 149 both exhort the people of God to praise the Lord with dance! King David did exactly this as he danced before the Ark of the Covenant which represented the presence of God in the midst of the people (2 Samuel 6:14). The Dance Ministry currently ministers during our most festive occasions at Mass and also at outside engagements.
